Monday morning thoughts...


Why do we start our diets on a Monday?
As if Monday isn't bad enough on it's own.

As you may have figured out, I am starting mine, again, today. So far, so good...and it's only been 3 hours. I'm going back on the low-carb diet I went on at the beginning of the year. Did really well, but didn't lose all that I wanted to and then partied for the summer, but didn't gain back all that I lost either...so I'm still ahead of the game. Before the big food holidays begin, I'm starting again. Besides, I want a smaller bathing suit for Aruba in February. Not that I want the one I have to be smaller, I want a smaller size than I have now.

Maybe I'll reach my goal this time...if not, there's always next Monday.
